KUANTAN: Taking pride in its new kitchen hood, Fotile will be showcasing its latest edition, the Fotile W kitchen hood series during the Perfect Livin ‘16 home and lifestyle exhibition.

The four-day exhibition will be held at Sultan Ahmad Shah International Convention Centre (SASICC), adjoining Zenith Hotel, Kuantan from May 5 to May 8.

Company general manager Tang Dee Hua said the new hood that was launched last month was created after three years of extensive research.

“Compared to other conventional kitchen hoods, Fotile W comes with the Surround Suction Technology with wing-like suction plates that effectively buffer cooking smoke and prevents them from escaping.

“The smoke from the frying pan will follow the tilted surface of the plate before being sucked into the air inlet

“The inlet accelerates suction and the performance is better,” she said after conducting a demonstration at Fotile flagship showroom at Publika, Solaris Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur.

Tang also added that the Fotile W series is more modern and high-tech.

“Apart from the performance, the hood also offers house owners the convenience of modern technology.

“We fitted in a ‘Smoke Sound detection’ into the hood and when loud sizzling is detected, it will automatically switch to the most powerful mode.

“The Auto Turbo System also helps maximise the suction capacity when it detects heavy extraction resistance,” she said.

Fotile W kitchen hood series has six models, catering to a different range of customers.

Other features include easily detachable oil cup for easy cleaning, low noise level while functioning, Intelligent Air Management and Anion Sterilisation that help purify the air to keep the kitchen fresh as well as the high-definition touch display that makes it sleek and elegant.

That aside, Fotile will also showcase its Vitro ceramic hobs.

The hobs fitted with German-made Schott Ceran Glass are safe and durable while the large heating zone of 26cm is suitable for any kind of cookware.

Visitors can expect both hoods and hobs to come in interesting packages with complimentary gifts for selected items.

The first 1,000 registered visitors will receive the free original Perfect Livin Reusable Coffee Cups

Exhibition opening hours are from 11am to 10pm.
