AFTER two years of waiting, SJK(C) Sam Chai finally received their much-needed RM240,000 allocation from the Education Ministry.
Ipoh Timur MCA chief Datuk Chew Wai Khoon, who helped expedite the request, said he had came across complications while trying to process the application.
