THE Say No To SUKE (SNTS) group has submitted an application for a judicial review on the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) project.

The judicial review was applied to quash the decision by the Selangor government to acquire land due to the state’s refusal to address the group’s criticism on the SUKE project.
