Project’s second phase to kick off soon


The Bagan Jermal Flood Mitigation project in Jalan Tanjung Tokong is aimed at improving the drainage in Kampung Masjid and the fire department premises.

THE Penang government will soon launch the second phase of the Bagan Jermal Flood Mitigation project.

State Local Government and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said the project was expected to alleviate flooding in Jalan Tanjong Tokong, Tingkat Hock Hin and Jalan Pantai Molek.
