STAYING cool and calm, 24-year-old Saw Eng Chuan wolfed down three jumbo dumplings and four regular ones in nine minutes and 39 seconds in Penang’s first Pau Eating competition.
Only the barest amount of chewing was needed as Saw bit off massive chunks of the dumplings and washed them down with litres of water.
