EARLY bird registration for the Asics Penang Bridge International Marathon 2016 on Nov 27 has begun and places for the first 5,000 participants are filling up fast.
State Tourism Development Committee chairman Danny Law Heng Kiang said more than 3,000 people signed up on the first day of registration.
