ONE of inner George Town’s Unesco-listed heritage landmark, Sri Mahamariamman Temple, has received a RM40,000 contri-bution from the Nattukottai Chettiar Temple trustee to prepare for its upcoming consecration ceremony.
Nattukottai Chettiar Temple managing trustee Dr A. Narayanan said the money was given to facilitate the temple’s preparation for the ceremony some time this year.
