SEXAGENARIAN Choo Meang Wean, who is suffering from glaucoma, can heave a sigh of relief after receiving financial aid from the Penang MCA Medical Aid Fund for his surgery on the right eye.
The 63-year-old said his surgery at the Penang Hospital would cost about RM1,350.
