A CHINESE New Year lantern-making competition for children will be held at Occupy Beach Street in Penang on Jan 31 from 8.30am to 10.30am.
The organisers – Chulia Street Community Development and Security Committee and organising committee of Penang Chinese New Year Celebration 2016 – said they were targeting 50 participants each in two categories.
