JOHOR BARU: Southkey, a 133.55ha of urban lifestyle development here, has just unveiled its new sales gallery, dedicated towards serving customers and visitors better while bringing them closer to owning properties here.
Its sales and marketing senior manager Vin Lim said that the new sales gallery and show units are located opposite the former gallery which has been vacated to make way for Mid Valley Southkey Megamall development.
“The new attractive and vibrant gallery will serve our customers and visitors who are keen on owning a property here.
“The megamall is currently undergoing earth works, with piling completed last August,” he said in statement.
Lim added that Mid Valley Southkey Megamall is a RM6bil joint venture project between IGB Corporation Bhd and Southkey City Sdn Bhd with a shareholding proportion of 70:30.
“This megamall project will be built on 36 acres of land within Southkey and is expected to be opened by the second half of 2018.
“Once completed, the mall will be the largest shopping mall in the southern region of Malaysia,” he added.
Lim also said that the company hit another milestone following the sale of 1.42ha of land to Columbia Asia Sdn Bhd recently.
“The hospital will enhance the amenities in Southkey for the benefit and convenience of its community, in particular.
“It is expected to begin construction by the third quarter of next year and is estimated to be completed in the third quarter of 2018,” he added.
