Programme for students to help combat dengue menace

Students pouring abate into the school pond during the ‘Jom Kalian Gempur Denggi’ programme at Methodist Boys School premises in Penang.

STUDENTS from 37 schools in Penang took part in a one-day dengue awareness programme.

Organised by northeast district education office and Methodist Boys School, the ‘Jom Kalian Gempur Denggi’ event was full of activities such as a poem recital, quiz and stage perfor-mances.
