SPARKS are expected to fly in Shah Alam following the city council’s decision to limit the upcoming Deepavali bazaar to one location only.
Announcing the decision at the Shah Alam full board meeting on Wednesday, the council said it would also give out permit for a privately organised bazaar scheduled to be held in the Shah Alam stadium.
