THE poor and needy got to savour a delicious lunch of mutton briyani rice, thanks to the Penang Muslim League Youth.
Some 25 members prepared 1,500 packets of the delicacy from 12 goats and 150kg basmathi rice contributed by well-wishers and the youths themselves for the charity programme.
