Sheda awaits green light

KUCHING: A housing lobby group hopes the Sarawak government will decide on its proposed affordable housing scheme before year-end.

“We certainly hope it will be greenlit by the end of this year. Once that happens, our member companies will immediately submit their subdivision plans and then begin work on the ground,” said Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda) president Joseph Wong this week.
