MORE than 70 Hindus gained an insight on the Navarathri celebration during a talk jointly organised by the Penang Hindu Association (PHA) and Temple of Fine Arts (TFA) Penang.
The two-hour talk entitled ‘Significance of Navarathri Festival’ was conducted by TFA’s Bharatha Natyam head K. Shankar and it also featured songs and music.
