KOTA KINABALU: Trust and unity are the foundation in building strong economic ties, said the Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East Asean Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA).

BIMP-EAGA council chairman Datuk Roselan Johar Mohamed said trust, mutual respect and unity were needed to build better ties between Palawan Island and Sandakan.
