THE encroachment of the planned East Klang Valley Expressway (EKVE) project onto gazetted forest reserve is a reflection of a failure in governance, says an environmental activist.

Susheila McCoy, a member of the Environmental Protection Society Malaysia (EPSM), says the project will jeopardise the integrity of the Ampang Forest Reserve and by association, the Selangor State Park.
