THERE are enough rules to ensure the industries that contribute towards the state’s economy are environmentally friendly and sustainable.
Perak Environment Committee chairman Datuk Dr Muhammad Amin Zakaria (BN-Batu Kurau) said from the legal aspect, there were several rules and sections under the Natural Environment Quality Act 1974 to control pollution from industry players.
