For a better future: Lam showing the new building which they plan to build.

FILL your night with music and enjoy classic tunes while raising funds for the Spastic Children’s Association Selangor and Federal Territory.

For one night only, the Young Tenors and the Selangor Kuala Lumpur Orchestra and Choir will be performing at the Mega Star Arena in Jalan Kuchai Lama on Sept 2.

Funds raised from the dinner will be channelled towards helping the association finance their new building development.

“My friends and I will be matching the figure raised at the charity night,” said the organisation’s president Datuk Lam Peng Chong.

Themed “Amazing Voice”, the evening’s performance aims to bring the audience back in time through timeless classics such as My Way and Phantom of the Opera.

Apart from that, the children from the association will be putting on a percussion performance.

“We will also be sharing stories about three children here, from when they first came to what they have achieved now,” he added.

The stories will give those in attendance an idea how the organisation helps the spastic children under their care.

“It will be a good show as I know the music performances will be really good.

“This can also be inspirational for young talents aspiring to be professional musicians,” he said.

Tickets are available for purchase from the association, online at www.ticketcharge.com.my or via the phone at 03-9222 8811.
