PERAK Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir cannot help but smile as he receives a football jersey with his name on it at the Perak State Development Corp (PKNP) Hari Raya open house held at Casuarina@Meru Hotel in Ipoh. 

The grand open house event also saw PKNP announcing the establishment of its football club and members.
