Service upgrade for six fire stations

KUCHING: Six fire stations in Sarawak are in the process of being upgraded to allow Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) personnel to work on the new 12-hour shift system instead of the 24-hour shift.

Bomba director-general Datuk Wira Wan Mohd Nor Ibrahim said the six stations were in Simunjan, Sri Aman, Saratok, Bintangor, Marudi and Limbang.
