KUCHING: The guidelines for the registration of Community Learning Centres (CLCs) in the state are now put in motion with the agreement from the Cabinet.

Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah said with the guidelines, the implementation of CLCs could be kept under control in terms of registration, student admission, teachers, premises and others.
