Illegal dumpsites still thriving in Gombak

1 A signboard at the end of the road off Jalan Nenas, Kampung Sungai Kertas in Batu Caves stating that the land belongs to the state and trespassers will be prosecuted.

TEN illegal dumpsites in the Gombak district are still operating despite Mentri Besar Azmin Ali ordering the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) to take action earlier this year.

The council enforcement unit’s lackadaisical approach to the issue was no help as the number of illegal dumpsites had increased.
