Residents grateful for through road

SUPP Bukit Assek chairman Chieng Buong Toon (centre) with residents of Jalan Sung Sang standing on the cement path which the branch had just built for them. 

The construction of the path, which connects their houses to the main road, was done through donation raised by the branch. 

The residents there had numerous times appealled to the Sibu Municipal Council to construct the road but did not receive any response from them. – By ANDY CHUA
