KUCHING: There should never again be space for lawyers to debate how conception with minors occur, says the Sarawak Women for Women Society.
In its second statement following the shock acquittal of a 60-year-old man and a minor in a rape case, the society said public uproar showed clear support for a speedy change to the Penal Code.
