HIS chickens trail after him like busybody friends as he walks about in his farm, and the satisfaction on his face is clear for all to see.

Despite having a busy schedule, an ear, nose and throat surgeon in Penang has proven that it is still possible to find the time to work the land to grow organic food for his family and friends.
