Man acquitted after spending two years in prison

SIBU: A jobless man walked out a free man after the High Court here discharged and acquitted him for a murder case which happened two years ago.

Judge Lee Heng Cheong in his judgement yesterday said that the prosecution had failed to raise reasonable doubt that the accused, Balong Luta was the murderer.
