Group apologises for eatery price hikes

SIBU: The executive committee members of Sibu Coffeeshop and Restaurant Owners Association have apologised to the people for eatery outlets which raised the prices of their beverages and food exorbitantly during the recent Chinese New Year celebration.

The group of about 10 people, led by their chairman Tong Ing Kok, stood up at a press conference and bowed to let the public know that they were really sorry for what had happened.
