THE Penang Chinese Town Hall (PCTH) expects more than 20,000 people to throng its annual Chinese New Year open house on Feb 20.
Organising chairman Tan Sri Tan Khoon Hai said the event would be held from 9am to 11.30am at PCTH’s ground floor in Jalan Mesjid Kapitan Keling.
