KUCHING: The Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Sheda) is holding dialogues with the Housing Ministry to seek clarification on the new Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Ordinance and Regulations, which came into force last November.
Sheda Kuching branch deputy chairman Tony Su said the association met the ministry last week and raised several issues related to the new legislation.
