New homes: Guests checking out the model of Glamour Avenue’s first tower at its sales office in Bercham.

IPOH’s latest modern mixed development project, Glamour Avenue launched its first tower recently.

Guests had a first look of two out of six different layout plans of residential units at its newly launched sales office in Bercham.

The first tower out of three in the project will include 16 levels of residential units, five levels of parking bays, and two levels of conventional shop units of different sizes, catering specifically for the needs of residents.

The project’s developer Glamour Heights Sdn Bhd chief executive office Mooi Weng Wah said the shoplots, grouped together under Glamour Boulevard, would be perfect for the working class who do not have time to cook meals at home.

“After changing into casual wear and slippers, I am sure one would feel reluctant to drive out again to nearby shoplots or shopping malls where parking is troublesome.

“With an array of two-storey shops ideally located at the ground floor, consisting of eateries, convenient stores, fashion outlets, banks and more, your basic needs can be fulfilled at your fingertips,” he said in his speech before officiating the launch on Sunday.

Glamour Avenue also boasts exclusive sports complex, known as GT Sport Club, which has facilities such as a half Olympic-sized pool, children’s playground, sky gymnasium and fitness centre, games room, indoor badminton courts, tennis courts, sauna and more.

Located right next to the first condominium tower, Mooi said it offers not only easy access to residents, but professional sports coaching as well.

The two layout plans currently available for viewing at the sales office are Type A, comprising two bedrooms, two bathrooms and wet kitchen with a built-up area of 960 sq ft, and Type B, comprising one bedroom, one bathroom and wet kitchen with a built-up area of 685 sq ft.

The other four layout plans will also comprise two bedrooms, two bathrooms and wet kitchen, but Type C and Type D will have a built-up area of 950 sq ft.

As for Type E, it has a built-up area of 960 sq ft, and Type F, 940 sq ft.

The first tower is estimated to be completed in 2018.

Glamour Avenue is also strategically located in Bercham, which is within the golden triangle of Kinta Valley.

It has direct access to major highways, especially the North South Highway, and is near important facilities like shopping centres, hypermarkets, banks, hospitals and government agencies.

The launch also saw the donation of RM28,699 to the Malaysians Pearl of Love and Care Campaign, out of which RM23,000 was contributed by Glamour Heights Sdn Bhd and participating organisers Minetech Construction Sdn Bhd and Hi-Edu Universal.

All funds will go to the campaign organiser Buddhist Tzu Chi Merits Society Malaysia, which will be disbursed to all flood victims in Malaysia.

The sales office is located at Persiaran Bercham Selatan 19 in Taman Bercham Jaya, Ipoh.
