Miris pride state-of-the-art library - Pustaka Miri which was officially opened in December 2002 by Sarawak Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud.
MIRI: Pustaka Miri has lined up a variety of educational activities this year, including outreach initiatives in Lawas, Marudi, Bintulu, Baram and Bario.
Among them are the 8th Sarawak Local Content Competition, Borneo Heritage Week in February, Let’s Read Together in April, Knowledge Camp and Sarawakiana Carnival in May and Youth Reading Carnival in August.
