ANOTHER Reliance Travel customer was jumping for joy on Jan 22 when she was announced the second winner of the extended “Win a Free Tour” promotion. Low Yen Ching, who made her booking from Reliance’s Taipan USJ outlet during the extension period, won a free nine-day tour to Turkey.
