Japanese icon Hello Kitty gets her own G-Shock watch

The Hello Kitty G-SHock watch comes in two variations, pink pastel and white.

Casio G-Shock is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its signature Baby-G model, with a little help from Hello Kitty.

The watch brand has recruited the Sanrio-owned Japanese cartoon character to collaborate on a special-edition series of women's timepieces that draw inspiration from the feline franchise's iconic Pink Quilt series from the 1990s. Hello Kitty celebrated its own 44th anniversary in November 2018.
