DKNY Be Delicious is now available as an all-over body spritz with skin-boosting benefits to optimise the feel of bare skin.

WHAT if your favourite scent is reinvented into a multi-function spritz that not only smells good, but delivers a host of other benefits? The iconic DKNY Be Delicious is now available as an all-over body spritz with skin-boosting benefits to optimise the feel of bare skin.

The new Skin Hydrating Eau de Toilette is reinvented with the “Apple Fusion Complex”, a proprietary blend of ingredients clinically proven to help moisturise, smoothen and brighten the body. An ultra fine atomiser spray has been designed for the all-over-body misting. Dispensing a soft and lightweight veil, the innovative spray allows for easier, more continuous application.

Ultra-thin droplets are said create a more stimulating effect, thanks to Natural Moisturizing Factors (NMF) – a blend of several different elements found in the skin for hydration – and other nutrients to help to hydrate, nourish and soothe dry skin.

These include Aloe Barbadensis leaf and Morus Alba (Mulberry) leaf extracts. The unique apple-inspired glass bottle is redesigned and more curvaceous, so that it fits perfectly in the palm. Marloes Horst is the new face of DKNY Be Delicious.

Price: RM200. The DKNY Be Delicious Skin Collection is available at all authorised DKNY fragrance counters nationwide.

Adieu to ageing

AGEING brings about multiple concerns for most people and many would want to delay the signs of ageing. Kiehl’s chemists are adopting a complete approach to fight skin ageing with just one product.

Its new Super Multi-Corrective Cream is clinically demonstrated to simultaneously lift, firm, visibly redefine skin contours and retexturise skin within two weeks with double efficacy in four weeks.

This Super Cream with tri-active technology is said to “work hard and swiftly to visibly correct multiple key signs of ageing: skin contours, firmness, texture, elasticity and wrinkles.” The formula is based on three ingredients which until now, have never been combined in a cream.

Plants, when attacked, damaged or under stress, are said to produce a lipid based signal molecule, jasmonic acid, that triggers a self-repair response and resistance to wounding. Jasmonic acid is an active in this anti-ageing moisturiser. It is claimed to support epidermal renewal and help to visibly correct signs of ageing while gently smoothing and retexturising the skin’s surface. Beech tree extract is said to improve skin firmness and plumpness, while fragmented hyaluronic acid is known to improve skin elasticity, and reduce skin roughness and wrinkles.

This moisturiser is paraben- and fragrance-free, and safe for sensitive skin. Price: RM210. Available at all Kiehl’s stores.
