Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd is responding to the rise in the consumption of digital services such as video and music streaming with two new Prepaid offerings.
“Consumer behaviour is changing. With the smartphone take-up and with the expansion of the Internet network, we have seen that the traditional voice and SMS services are down and will soon be replaced by data connectivity. And as more people get connected to the Internet, we’ll see more digital services,” said Digi’s chief marketing officer Loh Keh Jiat at the launch of the new plans, Digi Prepaid Live and Prepaid Best.
