People are more likely to recover from shoulder pain if they have the confidence to carry on doing most things despite their pain, according to new research from the University of East Anglia (UEA) and University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom.
Researchers studied more than 1,000 people undergoing physiotherapy for shoulder pain.
