A SMALL portion of the large cheese industry, representing about 3,500 types of cheese, was introduced to 80 Malaysians by expert Mark Todd who is better known as The Cheese Dude in a tasting seminar recently.
Todd managed to cram in plenty of information within the hour on cheeses ranging from the locally-known cheddar to the infamous blue cheese which enlightened more than a pair of eyes as well as nose in the room.
