EASY VEGETARIAN

WHEN given the choice of books to review, I chose the vegetarian book to try to learn more simple vegetarian recipes. While I take my hat off to those who can stick to their vegetarianism (one die-hard even went back to the restaurant to get a new plate of fried rice because her vegetarian fried rice which her colleague had bought had ''ikan bilis'' in it), my efforts at trying to be vegetarian for even one day are always scuttled by something or other.
