K-pop icon T.O.P will bring his first-ever solo Asia fan meeting tour to Kuala Lumpur this September.

The star, whose real name is Choi Seung-hyun, will take the stage at the Unifi Arena on Sept 27. Dubbed Pre-studio 2026, the tour marks a monumental return for the artiste, serving as his first solo circuit across Asia since entering the industry 20 years ago.

The announcement follows the massive success of his first full-length solo album, Another Dimension, which achieved the No.1 spot on iTunes charts across 15 countries and secured a position on the Billboard World Albums Chart.

The upcoming show format reportedly introduces an innovative, interactive concert experience designed to involve fans directly in his creative process.

The multi-city tour begins with a free event for 10,000 fan club members in Yokohama, Japan, on July 9, followed by official stops in Hong Kong on Aug 15, Taipei on Aug 22, and Jakarta on Sept 19, before landing in Malaysia on Sept 27.

T.O.P originally debuted as one of the lead rappers for the legendary group BigBang in 2006. The group became foundational pillars of the global Hallyu wave, dominating charts with hits like Fantastic Baby, Bang Bang Bang, Haru Haru, and Lies.

The performer has concurrently built an acclaimed acting profile, securing leading roles in blockbuster cinematic releases such as 71: Into the Fire, Commitment and Tazza: The Hidden Card. He recently expanded his international viewership by appearing as Thanos in the second season of Netflix's hit series Squid Game.

His management agency indicated that further regional dates and cities will be confirmed in the coming weeks. Official ticket pricing and tiers for the Kuala Lumpur date are yet to be disclosed. – Sinar Daily
