Nicole Kidman (pic) was rushed to the hospital on the first day of filming Apple TV’s David E. Kelley series, Margo’s Got Money Troubles, due to a “really … bad” bout of the flu.

Nick Offerman, who co-stars in the Elle Fanning-led show, told People that the Oscar winner, 58, was clearly “so sick” when she came in to film scenes.

“She was so pale, shaken,” recalled Offerman, 55, of Kidman’s first day on the set. “She just had the flu really so bad.”

Even so, Kidman pushed through and “made sure that we got every shot of her” playing former pro wrestler Lace in a scene that featured “hundreds of extras.” No sooner did Kidman finish for the day than she “was literally taken to the hospital for an IV.”

Though she ended up recovering, it’s been a turbulent past year-and-a-half for Kidman.

Her mother died in September 2024, as the actress won an award at the Venice Film Festival.

In 2025, Kidman and husband of nearly 20 years Keith Urban split and started living apart early in the summer — though she reportedly hoped to repair the marriage. The exes, who share teen daughters Sunday and Faith, finalized their divorce this January.

The following month, sources told TMZ Kidman was being wooed by MGM Resorts Chairman Paul Salem. – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
