“The wedding has already happened,” Law Roach, Zendaya’s longtime stylist and close friend, told Access Hollywood on Sunday (March 1) on the red carpet at the 2026 Actors Awards in Los Angeles. “You missed it.”

When an off-camera reporter asked if he was serious, Roach responded, “It’s very true.”

Roach did not provide further details, and representatives for Zendaya and Holland did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Neither actor has publicly confirmed a marriage.

If true, the revelation would mark the latest chapter in a relationship the pair have carefully shielded from public view.

The Oakland-born Euphoria star and the British actor met in 2016 after being cast opposite one another in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Dating rumours swirled for years before paparazzi photographs in 2021 showed them kissing in a car.

Speculation about an engagement intensified at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, when Zendaya, 29, appeared wearing a diamond ring.

TMZ reported the following day that the couple had become engaged over the holidays in late 2024. In September 2025, Holland appeared to confirm the news during a panel, correcting a reporter who referred to Zendaya as his “girlfriend.” “Fiancee,” he said.

Roach had previously indicated that any wedding would be very exclusive. In a May 2025 interview with Complex, he said Zendaya’s gown would be “a really beautiful dress that no one gets to see,” adding, “There won’t be a Vogue spread, or there won’t be, you know, pictures of the wedding.”

The notoriously private couple returned to the public eye with a brief pre-recorded skit honouring producer Amy Pascal at the Producers Guild Awards, a rare joint appearance.

Both actors have spoken candidly about the challenges of fame.

“Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of and we want to keep as sacred as possible,” Holland told The Hollywood Reporter in 2023.

Zendaya has echoed that sentiment.

“I can’t not be a person and live my life and love the person I love,” she told Elle in 2023. – San Francisco Chronicle/Tribune News Service
