A British model has filed suit against Back To The Future actor Crispin Glover, accusing him of luring her to Los Angeles, where he tried to manipulate her into serving “him as a live in girlfriend/sex slave.”

The complaint was filed with the Superior Court of California on Feb 25 on behalf of a “model originally from the United Kingdom who lives with autism spectrum disorder and related mood disorders.” She was identified only as Jane Doe in the documents.

Doe said she initially met Glover through social media back in 2015. During their online correspondence, the actor would often make “strange advances,” many of them about her moving to the United States, according to the lawsuit. They did not meet in person until eight years later in 2023, when Glover allegedly “showed off several items of Nazi memorabilia from his collection” during a stay in Dresden, Germany.

The following year, Doe decided to move to Los Angeles, after Glover made repeated “promises of a new life where she could start over and have a career in the entertainment industry through some sort of business relationship with him,” the lawsuit said. She believed she’d be working as his assistant and living in his Silver Lake home.

When she arrived in California, though, Doe said she “found herself in a disturbing situation where Mr. Glover wanted to control her actions and track her whereabouts and basically serve him as a live in girlfriend/sex slave.” She further claimed that she “relied entirely on Mr. Glover’s promises for money and shelter.”

On March 2, 2024, Doe said she informed Glover she’d planned to go to a mosque, at which point he warned her that she would be locked out if she left. She didn’t “believe” Glover’s threat at the time, but when she returned, she no longer had access to the home, and she learned that “Mr. Glover wanted her to find a new place to live,” according to court documents.

When she tried to enter the home to retrieve her belongings and pet cats, Doe alleged that Glover “attacked her, grabbing her neck and choking her in a headlock, leaving a visible wound and scar on her neck.” He went on to file a “false police report,” describing her as an “unlawful intruder.”

Doe said she was evicted “without notice or warning of any kind, rendering her homeless.”

Glover went on to file a restraining order against her, but Doe claims that he continued to reach out and “harass” her. She called the order “malicious” and “fraudulent,” further noting it “was swiftly dismissed for failure to prosecute.” She added that she “continues to suffer great pain of mind and body, shock, emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, loss of self-esteem, traumatic injuries.”

She is seeking general damages.

In a statement to TMZ, a representative for Glover denied all of the allegations detailed in the suit.

“The reality is that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his Los Angeles residence. Mr. Glover called LAPD, which came to the scene, investigated, and arrested Jane Doe,” it said. “These facts are documented by law enforcement records and by the restraining order filed by Mr. Glover against Jane Doe at that time.”

The statement concluded: “Mr. Glover intends to vigorously defend himself and pursue all available relief. He is confident the judicial process will expose this lawsuit as a meritless fabrication.” – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
