In efforts to breathe new life into its brand and engage younger audiences, Malay-language radio station Suria has revamped its visuals, segment names and tagline.

On Monday (Nov 17), the station introduced its new tagline, “Muzik & Jiwa”, replacing the previous “Segalanya Hiburan”.

Its purpose is to position Suria as a platform that not only entertains but also educates, inspires positivity and promotes meaningful values.

As part of the refresh, most of the station’s main radio segments have been renamed to reflect the lively and dynamic personalities of its presenters.

The weekday breakfast show, formerly Morning-Morning Suria (6am to 10am), is now called Pagi On Suria and is hosted by Ajak, Elly and Fad.

Additionally, Cik Piah’s weekday segments – Gaya Suria (10am to 1pm) and Muzik Top Suria (1pm to 3pm) – have been renamed to Vibe Suria and Playlist Suria respectively.

Meanwhile, Suria Petang (weekdays, 3pm to 7pm), hosted by Kai and Chiwan, has been renamed to Chill Petang Suria.

On the other hand, Kafe Suria (8pm to midnight) and Suria Cinta (weekends, 8pm to 1am) – presented by Irsyad and DJ Lin respectively – will maintain their original names.

Ahead of the official launch, Suria hosted a closed event, called “Inilah Suria”, offering its clients and strategic partners an exclusive look at its initiatives for 2026.

Highlights include interactive fan events, CSR projects and other programmes that position Suria not just as a radio station but as a modern brand closely connected to its audience.

“With this renewed spirit, we at Suria are committed to moving forward while staying true to our mission of being the listeners’ top choice,” said DJ Lin, who also doubles as the station’s general manager.
