American actress Jennifer Aniston has finally gone public with her boyfriend, author and life wellness coach Jim Curtis.

Aniston, 56, posted a black-and-white photo of her new beau, with her arms wrapped around him from behind, on Instagram on Nov 2.

“Happy birthday my love. Cherished,” she wrote, adding a red heart emoji.

The star of American sitcom Friends (1994 to 2004) was first linked to Curtis, 50, in July. They were then spotted together on a yacht in Mallorca, Spain, with American actor Jason Bateman, his wife Amanda Anka and American actress-comedienne Amy Schumer.

Aniston starred with Bateman, 56, in movies such as The Switch (2010), Horrible Bosses (2011) and its 2014 sequel, as well as Office Christmas Party (2016).

Aniston and Mr Curtis were spotted in August having dinner in Malibu, in the United States, with her Friends co-star Courteney Cox and Cox’s long-time boyfriend Johnny McDaid, according to photos obtained by American magazine People.

In September, Aniston and Curtis were seen heading for dinner in New York. He also turned up at the premiere of the fourth season of her drama TV series The Morning Show (2019 to present) in New York that month.

Aniston was married to American actor Brad Pitt, 61, between 2000 and 2005. They split after Pitt was rumoured to be having an affair with his Mr & Mrs Smith (2005) co-star Angelina Jolie.

Aniston tied the knot with American actor Justin Theroux, 54, in 2015. They announced their split in 2018.

According to American celebrity news website Page Six, Curtis is divorced and has a teenage son with former wife Rachel Napolitano. – The Straits Times/Asia News Network
