Hong Kong actress Louise Lee recently came to Malaysia for a holiday, and her trip was anything but dull.

In an Instagram update, the 74-year-old said she had visited a durian farm, where she indulged in different varieties of the fruit, including the Musang King.

The post was accompanied by several photos of the actress happily posing with the King of Fruits.

During her time in Malaysia, Lee reconnected with her old friend and former actor Liu Wai Hong, who recently opened a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur.

The reunion was particularly special, as it marked their first meeting in 30 years. The pair had previously shared the screen in the TVB sitcom Three In A Family.

“Apart from the durian I’ve already tasted, I also went to this new restaurant that opened, and it was amazing!

“The last time (Liu) and I met was 30 years ago when we worked on Three In A Family. Today marks something special,” she captioned her Instagram post.

Lee then continued her journey to the historic city of Melaka, where she embraced the Nyonya culture, donning a striking blue baju kebaya as she posed for photos at various landmarks.

She also enjoyed a scenic boat ride along the Melaka River and was even spotted busking on the streets, much to the delight of onlookers.

Following her Melaka adventure, Lee checked into a hotel in Port Dickson to unwind, Sin Chew Daily reported.
