Adult film star Kylie Page, who also appeared in the Netflix documentary Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On, died at 28 of a suspected overdose in her Los Angeles home last month.

Though law enforcement sources told TMZ they suspect the Tulsa, Oklahoma native succumbed to an overdose, her cause of death had not yet been confirmed as of July 2. Authorities do not suspect foul play.

Page was pronounced dead at the scene on June 25 after friends called police to perform a welfare check.

Responding officers reportedly found fentanyl and drug paraphernalia in her apartment, along with “sexual photos of her with different men scattered around,” according to the outlet.

As reported last week, a GoFundMe set up by Page’s sister had raised its US$10,000 (RM42,373.45) goal to help her family transport her body back to her native Midwest.

“Kylie was a daughter who loved hard, a sister who never let go and a friend who showed up without being asked,” her sister wrote.

“This GoFundMe isn’t just about funeral expenses. It’s about bringing Kylie home. It’s about helping her family breathe through the shock, the grief, and the unimaginable reality they’re living in.”

During her decade of appearing in adult films, Page worked with big-name companies such as Brazzers, Vixen Media and Naughty America, and was also on OnlyFans.

Brazzers paid tribute to Page in a social media post.

“The Brazzers team is deeply saddened to learn of Kylie Page’s passing,” they wrote. “Kylie will be remembered for her laughter, kindness and bringing light wherever she went.”

In addition to her film credits, Page was credited as Bonnie Kinz in an episode of the Netflix miniseries, Hot Girls Wanted, which explored “the intersection of sex, technology and intimate relationships.” – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
