Hong Kong actor Ray Lui is redefining ageing – or rather, defying it completely.

At 68, Lui looks remarkably youthful, a feat he attributes to his healthy lifestyle and probably frequent holidays to stunning destinations.

His latest getaway? A sun-soaked yacht trip with wife Yang Xiaojuan off the coast of Italy.

Taking to Instagram, the actor shared a video of himself in swim trunks, standing on a yacht before diving gracefully into the Mediterranean Sea.

“Plunge into the big ‘swimming pool’ of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s summer time,” he wrote in the caption.

In the clip, Lui praises the crystal-clear waters and sunny weather, saying (as translated by Dimsum Daily): “It would be a disservice to myself if I didn’t take a dip here.”

Though he doesn’t sport a chiselled six-pack, Lui looks fit and trim, with no visible paunch – and his smooth, glowing skin suggests a solid skincare routine.

Nearing 70, the actor continues to impress fans not just with his looks, but with his vibrant energy and zest for life.
