Singaporean actor Desmond Tan is one happy dad, sharing that his daughter has celebrated her first birthday.

“Happy 1st B’day, my little honey bear,” he wrote on social media on March 5, sharing several photos of her bear-themed birthday celebration. “One year of snuggles, giggles and unforgettable memories. Watching you grow has been the greatest joy of my life.”

The 38-year-old added: “Here’s to a lifetime of adventures, sweet girl. I love you to the moon and back.”

Among the photos he shared was one of him kissing his daughter’s forehead. Another two photos showed the child with her back to the camera and seated on a small sofa, her face concealed by a winking bear emoji.

Tan, who started his acting career after joining Star Search 2007, tied the knot in late 2021 with his university sweetheart, whose identity has never been disclosed.

The actor also enjoyed a staycation with his family at Marina Bay Sands and posted on March 6 more photos of his daughter there.

“Grateful for endless blessings and the love that surrounds me. Every day is a gift,” he wrote. “Thank you @marinabaysands for the beautiful surprise for my family.”

The All That Glitters (2023) star shared his love for his wife and daughter in an earlier social media post on Feb 14.

“Art is the expression of love, and love itself is an art, one that grows within me, inspiring me to give more and learn more about myself,” he wrote then, sharing photos of his family visiting an art exhibition.
