Big Ed could barely wait a day, let alone 90 of them, before his latest bid at happily ever after – popping the question within 24 hours of the 90 Day Fiance star meeting his much younger future wife.
Edward Brown, 59, told TMZ that he and bride-to-be Porscha Raemond, 29, experienced “love at first bite” during a Florida meet-and-greet for his fans.
The hopeless romantics met at sandwich shop Capriotti’s in Plantation, just west of Fort Lauderdale.
Despite their 30-year age gap, 24-hour courtship and paperclip engagement ring – thanks to Brown’s quick thinking and Capriotti’s office supply – the TLC personality insisted to TMZ that the engagement is “definitely real.”
The outlet published snaps of the giddy couple sealing the deal, with Raemond proudly flashing her paperclip ring to the camera, smooching and hugging with Brown down on one knee.
The reality star has been engaged three times prior, and married once. Brown cheated on ex-wife Sandra Heckman, with whom he shares daughter Tiffany, culminating in a 1992 divorce.
Brown’s marital efforts have since been documented on the reality franchise, beginning in 2020 when he appeared on the fourth season of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days.
Much like his current fiancee, Brown’s then-fiancee, Rose Vega, was younger than his daughter. The Filipina single mum was 23 at the time of her failed romance with Brown, while Tiffany was 29.
On 90 Day: The Single Life, Brown then turned his attention to fiancee Liz Woods, with whom he had an on-and-off relationship, spanning more than a dozen splits and makeups, before they ultimately called it quits in the eighth season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
